Parking

Parking is available in the paddock closest to transition located on the left hand side of the RAC Karri Valley Resort entrance road. Please follow the signs and parking marshals.

Access to and egress from the event parking area will be via the paddock and Hopgarden Road.

Please note that the resort entry road will be closed to triathlon particpants on race day. You will be directed to triathlon parking from the resort entrance, and closed to all traffic between 8.45am and 2.30pm when the last competitor finishes the bike leg.

Athlete hydration

One of our goals is to reduce our event’s impact on the environment. We strongly encourage each participant to provide your own collapsible cup e.g. keep cup, soft flask OR water vest for use during the run leg of the race. Placing water bottles on the tables is NOT acceptable. This year ENIQ Hydration will be offered to athletes on the run leg. Fruit, water and recovery drinks will be available in the athlete recovery area post-race.

Change Tents & GEAR DROP OFF

Female and male change tents will be provided in the transition area for athletes wishing to change in and out of race outfits.

Athletes are requested to avoid using portaloo toilets to change in, to avoid congestion.

The gear tent will be located near transition. Please make sure your gear is clearly identified. It is also advisable to place some form of identification on all your personal property, this enables easy identification if it is misplaced and returned to officials.

Bike Mechanic

VaultCycle Services will be in the transition area on race morning from the time transition opens to carry out minor mechanical repairs and adjustments to competitor’s bikes. Note that there may be a charge for parts used in repairs.

Lost Property

Any personal items that are lost or misplaced, and handed into race officials will be available for collection at the transition area post event.

First Aid

A First Aid post will be set up adjacent to the bike mount/ dismount area. Paramedics will also be posted at the swim entry/exit, at the intersection of Vasse Hwy and Channybearup Road and near the finish line.

BEVERAGES & FOOD

Trucken’ Good Coffee Van will be serving hot beverages in the morning and the Pemberton Mill Community Group will be serving up a sausage sizzle post race to satisfy everyone’s hunger.

Race results will be streamed live via a QR code accessible in the athlete guide.
